The exhibit area will remain open from 7:00 am-3:30 pm. To offer maximum access and exposure for exhibitors, each day includes an hour for lunch and two 25-minute breaks. Attendees must move through the exhibit area in order to enter lecture classrooms. All breaks are held in the exhibit area.
Please note: Hotel does not have a lift or trailer-height load dock. Pallets do not fit on hotel's service elevator. It is the full responsibility of shipping agents to load/unload large or heavy items from their vehicle.
