Course Description

The purpose of this seminar is to provide clinical nurses with the concepts, strategies and tools required to successfully care for today’s consumer of health care. Advanced critical thinking, managing complex patient problems, engaging the connected patient and quality care and service expectations will be addressed.

Nancy Bonalumi has an extensive career as a nurse leader, educator and consultant. She is an in-demand lecturer with years of presenting to diverse audiences on topics ranging from clinical care to leadership, who has also been published extensively. Nancy has worked in emergency care environments ranging from small rural hospitals to large urban medical centers. In any setting, she is viewed as an engaging, thoughtful leader. She calls upon her cumulative experiences to bring fresh insights to her clients. In addition to these accomplishments, Nancy has extensive experience in association leadership and has earned her DNP with a focus on leadership.
