Lacey Lisner is a board-certified nurse executive. She has been a nurse for almost 20 years and has 9 years of Magnet experience. She holds dual master degrees in nursing leadership and business administration. In her tenure as a Magnet program director she has written several Magnet documents, one of which had zero deficiencies. She provides Magnet consultation to hospitals and healthcare systems across the country, all of which have successfully achieved Magnet designation and redesignation and one of which attained Magnet with Distinction. She is passionate about professional governance in nursing and has spoken at a national nursing conference on how to elevate unit councils.
