The nurse executive-advanced and nurse executive board certification examinations are competency-based assessments to validate knowledge related to the art and science of nursing leadership. Nurse executives taking this course will learn about operational structures and processes that support nursing excellence, exemplary professional practice, transformational leadership, knowledge management and the development of new knowledge and innovations. This course will not only prepare the nurse executive for a successful examination, but will also enable them to be a stronger nurse leader within their organization.

She has completed advanced coursework in healthcare management, quality improvement and nursing leadership, including preparation for the Nursing Executive Advanced-Board Certified (NEA-BC) and Ambulatory Care Nurse-Board Certified (AMB-BC). She has led multidisciplinary teams, implemented strategic initiatives, expanded services and optimized workflows to improve both patient outcomes and operational performance.
With a proven ability to align organizational goals with innovative solutions, she brings a blend of academic excellence, professional certification and leadership expertise. This combination positions her to contribute meaningfully to complex healthcare initiatives, mentor future nurse leaders and drive sustainable growth in evolving care environments.
