Megan has been a RN for over 19 years and has practiced in a variety of areas including medical-surgical, critical care, psychiatry, and logistics. Megan has a passion for leadership and has served in nursing-administration roles for the past 15 years. She completed her Masters program with a focus on interdisciplinary teamwork and nursing education and obtained her Doctorate at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a focus on administration. Megan serves as adjunct faculty with Chamberlain University working with students seeking their doctorate. She also presents review courses for the Nurse Executive Certification. Megan has presented nationally on managing leadership projects at the American Nurses Association and the National Magnet conferences. Megan is a TeamSTEPPS coach and enjoys facilitating the ER Friday Night games.
