Collette is a patient care manager in a 24-bed cardiovascular care unit. She has 20 years of experience as a nurse, working in the hospital setting where she held positions as a bedside nurse and critical-care nurse educator in addition to critical-care simulation.
Collette previously was a nursing instructor and adjunct faculty. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), the American Organization of Nursing Leadership (AONL) and Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN).
