Elsie Jolade, DNP, FNP-BC, EdM, ACNS, APRN, CCRN


Elsie has been an RN for over 30 years and brings nearly 25 years of experience in various areas of critical care nursing. Her experience includes more than 20 years of cardio-thoracic critical care, 3 years of adult critical care and 6 years as an adjunct assistant professor at a four-year college. Elsie has worked in a variety of settings in hospitals, and she is currently the clinical nurse specialist for the cardiac service line at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell campus in New York City. Elsie received her MSN in nursing education from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. She also received her family nurse practitioner degree and then her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Elsie has been a CCRN and member of AACN since 1994. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
